Flying with Britax Advocate CS car seat?
I have travelled once with my 14 months old and she fit in the airplane seat just fine but now she will be 2 when we fly again and she will be over 32" long. Have you travelled with a 2yr old with britax advocate car seat? how did it go? did they have enough space for their feet?
I've traveled with a britax marathon/boulevard and it's the same shell. It's totally fine. You might need to ask for a seat belt extender to install it so you can pull it tight easily...
One note - I'm not sure you'll have enough room with those big side impact bolsters on... it's a pretty wide seat to use those attached.
What I would personally do, is go to kmart - and buy a cosco Scenera - they are $35 this week - it's light weight, and a little smaller which is perfect for a plane. It's safe, it just doesn't have all the bells and wistles. If you're worried about side impact, put the seat in the center. It's a great travel seat and most techs I know do this with their own kids.
